This was one of our very few stops just to explore a hotel and ride the elevator on our trip to Washington DC since this was mainly a family vacation for sightseeing. We stopped here because this was the hotel where my high school class was going to be staying if our school trip to Washington DC had panned out but in the end, my high school class didn't go due to lack of interest in the amount of people who signed up.
